A small courtyard patio for a Plymouth MI area condo owner was created using Unilock’s Richcliff paver. The colors palate is a mix of the available colors “Pebble Taupe” and “Dawn Mist”. This paver mimics natural stone in color, texture, and form. It uses a special mold design process where the molds are made directly from hundreds of old and weathered natural stones.

The surface of each pavers is unique, resulting in a completely authentic look and feel. This is the look and feel of natural stone combined with the ease of installation and stability and strength of manufacturer pavers. This paver is becoming more poplar in the Metro Detroit area due to it’s many advantages over natural stone products. The patio also uses Unilock’s Copthorn pavers as a decorative “runner” border behind the patio edging.

A Rochester/ Auburn Hills area patio with a low dirt berm. There are two square constructed steps from the doorwall to the patio. The pavers are Unilock Hollandstone, the color is St. Clair, the pavers were laid in the herringbone pattern. There is a soldier course around the outside edge of the patio that provides a finished edge. The owners have added a portable fire pit, dining table and gas BBQ unit along with some lounge chairs for sunbathing.

Repairing another contractors disaster….the concrete used to level this patio forced it’s way out between the patio retaining wall blocks. The contractor refused to repair the damage so Domenico Brick Paving was called. The excess concrete was removed before it hardened and the wall was rebuilt. The entire repair took less than one day.
