Our Landscape Design Process

 

Domenico Brick Paving and Landscape is a landscape design company with more than 20 years experience in Michigan’s landscape design and maintenance industry. We provide free quotes and design services. Our experience and commitment to customer service is an integral part of our landscape design process.

Our Landscape Design Process

1. Incoming customer contact via phone call or email/web request
2. Email response and phone call to confirm receipt of request generally within 24 hours; sometimes longer on weekend or during really busy times
3. Follow up phone call to gather more information about the request
4. Request information forwarded to estimators, estimator calls to set appointment
5. Meeting with client at their home, usually within 5 days/depending on client availability, at the appointment the estimator will review client needs/wants/make suggestions about products and designs
6. Quote plus hand drawing of project emailed to client usually within 48 hours (larger/more complicated jobs may take up to a week to quote, 3-D designs and large plant jobs may take up to 3 weeks to complete), same day follow-up phone call to client letting them know the quote has been sent
7. 2nd follow-up phone call asking for client feedback on design 5-7 days later
8. Contract emailed to client with instructions how to return it to us
9. Email to client on receipt of contract with next steps instructions
10. 2-3 days prior to beginning construction job foreman calls client to set time/day for pre-construction meeting to review details of job
11. 1st day of construction: materials delivered, crew assembles with job foreman at work site
12. Crew stays on job site until job is finished
13. When construction is complete the job foreman and/or designer will walk through the job with the client to make sure everything has been done to client satisfaction. (on larger jobs there may be an end-of-day walk through depending on client preference)
14. Follow up phone call by Domenic or designer (Karl/Diane) to confirm clients happy with job
